Serem Sonno by Anseris Farma is a food supplement in sachets combining melatonin, L-tryptophan and standardised dry extracts of California poppy and passionflower, with vitamin C and vitamin B6. It is aimed at adults who want support for a good night's rest.

What the formula provides

  • Melatonin contributes to the reduction of time taken to fall asleep
  • California poppy (Eschscholzia californica Cham.) dry extract standardised to 0.2-0.4% total alkaloids expressed as protopine, 200 mg per sachet
  • Passionflower (Passiflora incarnata) dry extract standardised to 4% total flavonoids expressed as vitexin
  • L-tryptophan, an amino acid included in the formula
  • Vitamin C and vitamin B6, which contribute to the normal functioning of the nervous system and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue
