Colesia Soft Gel is a food supplement in softgels with added plant sterols and stanols, intended for adults who need to control their blood cholesterol levels. The pack of 60 softgels covers a complete two-month course.

Composition per softgel

  • Esterified plant sterols and stanols: 400 mg
  • Total monacolins from fermented red rice: 2.8 mg
  • Hydroxytyrosol and tyrosol, olive polyphenols: 2.5 mg
  • Linseed oil: 20 mg - Fenugreek dry extract: 20 mg

Directions for use

1 softgel a day for 60 days, unless otherwise advised by your doctor.

Warnings

  • To be included in a varied and balanced diet, with regular consumption of fruit and vegetables
  • Do not exceed the recommended daily dose: avoid more than 3 g a day of added sterols and stanols and more than 3 mg a day of monacolins
  • Must not be consumed by pregnant or breastfeeding women, under-18s or adults over 70
  • Do not combine with other products containing fermented red rice or with cholesterol-lowering medicines; in case of health problems consult your doctor
