Arkocapsule Ashwagandha Bio is a food supplement in 100% plant-based capsules based on ashwagandha root extract (Withania somnifera) from organic farming. Ashwagandha is an adaptogenic plant from the Ayurvedic tradition, helpful in supporting the body's resistance to stress and in maintaining normal mental and physical capacity in adults.

  • Organic ashwagandha root extract: 600 mg
  • of which withanolides: 30 mg

Ingredients

Organic ashwagandha root extract (Withania somnifera); thickener: organic acacia gum. 100% plant-based capsule: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose. Gluten-free.

Directions for use

2 capsules in a single intake, in the morning with breakfast, with a large glass of water. The 60-capsule pack, net weight 29 g, covers one month of supplementation.
