Bauli Free Plumcake Classico brings a soft baked treat to the table, made without gluten and packed in 35 g single portions, handy to take to school, the office or on a trip. The recipe includes rice flour (24.5%), sugar, eggs, sunflower oil, water and chicory fibre.

The list is completed by emulsifiers mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, raising agents such as disodium diphosphate and sodium hydrogen carbonate, oligofructose, alcohol, thickener xanthan gum, flavourings, maize starch, grape seed oil and salt; may contain soya, mustard, sesame seeds and almonds.
