28K from the Fitodal line is a food supplement that combines four plant-derived and amino acid components in a single film-coated tablet. Bromelain, obtained from the stems of Ananas comosus, is present at 400 mg per tablet with an enzymatic activity of 1,000 GDU; it is accompanied by N-acetylcysteine (150 mg), rutin standardised to 95% from Sophora japonica flowers (100 mg) and fermented soy extract from Bacillus subtilis var. natto (80 mg), providing 1,600 FU of nattokinase.

How to use: take one tablet a day, swallowed with a glass of water about an hour before the main meal. The film coating makes the tablet easier to swallow.

Pack of 20 tablets, to be stored away from light in a cool, dry place; shelf life in unopened pack is 36 months. Product for adults only: not to be taken during pregnancy and breastfeeding, do not exceed the recommended daily dose, and use alongside medicines should be agreed with a doctor. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age.
