Directions for use The recommended dose is 15 ml twice a day, once in the morning and once in the evening. The product is in liquid form and can also be taken mixed with food or drinks.
Dosage as a preventive or continuous course:
Depur (10-15 ml of product) diluted in a large glass of water can be continued even for a long period. Take it in the morning before breakfast, which helps drainage. This type of course is often also useful in case of constipation. For a standard cleansing or detox course, the standard dosage is one tablespoon (15 ml) twice a day diluted in a glass of water, taken for example before breakfast and before dinner, for 15-20 days.
Dosage in the acute phase:
In case of an acute problem, such as renal colic, urinary blockage due to an enlarged prostate or biliary colic, use follows the course of the colic itself. Generally, start with one tablespoon diluted in water as often as every 20-30 minutes, even 5-6 times in a row, then gradually reduce the frequency as benefit is obtained.
At that point, maintain a dosage of 3-4 doses a day for 3-4 days, then 2 doses a day for 6-7 days, and finally return to the standard dosage for as long as necessary. Due to the magnesium content, the only side effect that may occur is bowel stimulation and possible diarrhoea from "excess drainage". Simply stop the treatment to resolve the problem.
Warnings Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet and a healthy lifestyle. Do not use during pregnancy or breastfeeding unless otherwise directed by your doctor. Avoid contact with metal utensils so as not to disperse the ionic charge. Shake before use. Once opened, store the product preferably in the fridge or in a cool, dry place, and use within 60 days.
