Properties Passiflora incarnata: calming action; promotes relaxation of smooth muscle.
Valeriana officinalis: can significantly reduce the time needed to fall asleep, promoting physiological sleep. Quality is expressed by the content of total valerenic acids found in the root.
Eschscholtzia californica: relaxing action on the gastrointestinal tract. Quality is expressed by the content of protopine found in the flowering tops.
Melissa officinalis: dual calming action on both the nervous system and painful spasms of the stomach and intestine. Quality is expressed by the content of rosmarinic acid found in the leaves.

How to use Take 1 ml of product a day, diluted in half a glass of water, in the morning or evening. The dropper has a 0.5 ml mark for easy dosing. Shake the bottle well before use.
