Ingredients
Fructose, creatine monohydrate, terclathrated coenzyme Q10 (with sucrose ester and maltodextrin), potassium citrate, magnesium citrate, ginseng (Panax ginseng C. A. Meyer, root) dry extract on maltodextrin, flavourings, acidity regulator: citric acid; vitamin PP (nicotinamide), vitamin B5 (calcium pantothenate), sweetener: sucralose; vitamin B2 (riboflavin), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride), vitamin B12 (cyanocobalamin, sodium citrate, citric acid and maltodextrins), vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride).

Directions for use
Take the contents of one sachet a day, letting it dissolve directly in the mouth or in a little water.

Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
Excessive consumption may have laxative effects.
The product must be kept out of the reach of children under 3 years of age.
Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.
