For muscle fatigue and tension in the neck, shoulder and wrist.
It works on the basis of Heat Therapy: an age-old remedy that consists of applying heat to the body for therapeutic purposes, without the use of medicines. Heat stimulates blood circulation, improving the supply of oxygen to the muscles and reducing joint stiffness. Heat reduces tension, relieves pain, relaxes and improves mobility.

Directions for use
Carefully clean and dry the affected area. Remove the wrap from its protective pouch and peel off the protective layer. Position it on the painful area, making its whole surface adhere to the skin. It may take about 30 minutes to reach the intended temperature; wear the product for at least 8 hours.

Warnings
Stop use in case of:
- discomfort, irritation, excessive feeling of heat, burning, swelling, redness or any other change in the skin where the product has been applied;
- failure to resolve the problem for which the product was used.
Do not use in case of:
- simultaneous use with creams, ointments or other heating products;
- broken skin;
- bruising or swelling in the last 48 hours;
- leakage of the cell contents and/or damaged product.
Seek medical advice for patients with circulatory problems, heart disease, rheumatoid arthritis and during pregnancy.
Do not heat the devices in any way. Keep out of the reach of children and pets.

Storage
Shelf life when unopened: 60 months.
