Aluneb Hypertonic Solution 20 Single-Dose Vials of 5 ml

Aluneb iper is a 3% hypertonic saline solution for nebulisation and nasal irrigation, based on high molecular weight hyaluronic acid and xylitol, with a decongestant and mucus-thinning action on the nasal mucosa.
Particularly suitable for cleansing the nasal passages, especially in case of colds, allergic rhinitis, sinusitis and all forms of nasal congestion.
For nebuliser therapy.
Nebulised hyaluronic acid hydrates and facilitates the removal of mucus and allergens from the upper airways. It may help support the regulation of mucociliary clearance, relieving symptoms linked to inflammatory, allergenic and environmental factors.
Clears the nose of mucus, helping to eliminate excess nasal secretions.
Rhinopharyngeal conditions characterised by congestion and altered mucociliary clearance.
Hydrates the airways and stimulates mucociliary clearance.
Makes breathing, feeding and sleeping easier for infants.
In nebuliser therapy it can be used to dilute medicines.

Directions for use
Wash your hands before and after using the medical device.
Bend the single-dose vial in both directions and detach it from the strip.
Open the single-dose vial by twisting the tab.
Pour the contents of the vial into the nebuliser cup.
Children from 1 year and adults: nebulise 1-2 vials 2-3 times a day with a pneumatic nebuliser and traditional cup.
For nasal irrigation:
Children from 1 year of age: 1-2 washes per nostril, 1-2 times a day.
Adults: 2-4 washes per nostril, 2-3 times a day.
Infants under 1 year of age: instil a few drops into the nostrils before feeding or before sleep. The duration of use depends on how symptoms evolve. If necessary, it can be administered by nasal irrigation for a prolonged period.
