Description

Organic chicory obtained from the root of Cichorium intybus, washed, dried, slow-medium roasted and ground. Naturally caffeine-free, it offers a slightly bitter taste with pleasant caramel notes.

Prepare it as a drink in a moka pot, using half a dose of product in the filter over a low heat, or as an infusion in hot water for 3-4 minutes before straining. 250 g pack.
