Ingredients Water, bulking agent: fructose; blueberry juice, flavouring; blackcurrant glyceric extract (water, glycerin, ethanol, Ribes nigrum buds), carnitine tartrate, L-arginine hydrochloride, eleuthero dry extract std. 0.4% eleutherosides-5% saponins (Eleutherococcus senticosus Maxim, root), oak glyceric extract (water, glycerin, ethanol, Quercus Robur buds), Prunus Spinosa glyceric extract (water, glycerin, ethanol, Prunus Spinosa buds), sequoia glyceric extract (water, glycerin, ethanol, Sequoia gigantea young shoots), birch glyceric extract (water, glycerin, ethanol, Betulla verrucosa seeds), Andean maca dry extract std. 0.5% beta-sitosterols (Lepidium Meyenii Walp., root), fenugreek dry extract (Trigonella foenum-graecum L., seed); acidity regulator: citric acid; preservative: potassium sorbate; vitamin C (sodium ascorbate), vitamin E (DL-alpha-tocopheryl acetate), magnesium gluconate, potassium gluconate, vitamin B1 (thiamine hydrochloride), vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).

Directions for use Take 15 ml a day, neat or diluted in water.
