Potassium contributes to normal nerve and muscle function. Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to electrolyte balance, to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to normal muscle function. Vitamin C contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Pantothenic acid, niacin, vitamin B6, riboflavin and vitamin B12 contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to energy-yielding metabolism. Vitamin D contributes to normal muscle function. Vitamin B1 contributes to normal energy-yielding metabolism.

How to use Take 1 sachet a day, dissolved in a glass of water.
