Euphralia
ALLERGY
Description
Euphralia ALLERGY eye drops is a medical device for ophthalmic use. It is a sterile, preservative-free, medium-viscosity, iso-osmotic solution at physiological pH, containing hyaluronic acid, rosmarinic acid and vitamin B12. Euphralia ALLERGY eye drops mainly have a moisturising and lubricating action.
Hyaluronic acid is a biocompatible polymer found naturally in many human tissues. It gives the product a lubricating action thanks to its viscoelastic and water-retaining properties. It also restores tear volume.
Rosmarinic acid and vitamin B12 are antioxidant substances that react with and neutralise free radicals. The antioxidant action takes place on the corneal surface.
Euphralia ALLERGY eye drops support the physiological antioxidant mechanisms and supplement and increase the aqueous component of the tear film, with the final effect of helping to maintain or restore the trophism of the eye tissues. They are therefore particularly indicated for dry eye, eye allergies and other eye discomfort caused by environmental or mechanical stress. They are also indicated to screen and protect from UV radiation and blue light.
