Le Veneziane Rigatoni 250 g

Le Veneziane Rigatoni are gluten-free dietetic pasta made exclusively from pre-cooked maize flour, milled from Italian-grown grain. The golden colour is the natural colour of the beta-carotene contained in the raw material: there are no added colourings.

The product stands out for its high digestibility and low fat content, qualities that make it suitable for the table of those living with coeliac disease as well as the whole family. The rigatoni shape holds sauces well, from the simplest sauces to baked dishes.

How to use

Bring 1 litre of water to the boil for every 100 g of product, add about 10 g of salt, add the rigatoni and stir. Follow the cooking time shown on the pack, then drain and dress as desired.
