Ingredients

Microcrystalline cellulose, zinc gluconate, mannitol, L-selenomethionine, polyvinylpyrrolidone, magnesium salts of fatty acids, melatonin.

Directions for use

Take 1 tablet in the evening, half an hour before going to bed, preferably between 10 pm and midnight.

Warnings

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Do not take during pregnancy. Excessive consumption may have a laxative effect due to the presence of mannitol. Keep out of the reach of children under 3 years of age.
