Bonamì is a food for special medical purposes in the form of handy low-protein bread rolls, designed for people following a diet with reduced protein intake.

The special reduced-protein formulation makes the product suitable for the dietary management of kidney failure (nephropathies) and other conditions requiring a low-protein diet. Made with gluten-free wheat starch, maize starch and flour and plant fibres, they offer a valid alternative to ordinary bread within the diet plan.
