This bar is made exclusively from organic cocoa: cocoa mass from Latin America, cocoa butter and vanilla pods, with no added sugar and no soya lecithin. The result is a bold, very long-lasting taste for those who want the highest cocoa percentage.

100% cocoa from organic farming
No added sugar: 0.6 g sugars per 100 g
15 g fibre and 12 g protein per 100 g
Gluten-free and soya lecithin-free

In the kitchen: enjoy it square by square, perhaps with a coffee; it also works well in desserts, from ganaches to creams, where you can add sugar to taste.
