Bauli Free Pan Bauletto Classico Gluten-Free Sandwich Loaf 350 g

Bauli Free Pan Bauletto Classico is a gluten-free sandwich loaf, suitable for the everyday diet of people with coeliac disease. The dough starts from a rice sourdough making up 25.5% of the recipe and is completed with maize starch, rice flour, psyllium fibre, buckwheat flour and millet flour, for a soft crumb suited to breakfast and snacks as well as toasties and sandwiches.

• Psyllium fibre and citrus fibre, with 6.5 g fibre per 100 g
• Sunflower oil and rice syrup, no declared palm oil
• 271 kcal, 5.4 g protein and 1.0 g salt per 100 g

Storage: keep the pack at room temperature; it retains its qualities for 6 months when unopened. Once opened, the bread should be eaten within 3 days and kept in the fridge. The slices are also good lightly toasted.
