Bauli Free Gluten-Free Soft Rolls 4 Pieces of 50 g

Bauli Free soft rolls are small gluten-free loaves designed to be filled for a quick meal: they have a soft crumb that holds cured meats, cheeses and vegetables well. The recipe is based on maize starch, rice sourdough at 22.9%, rice flour, psyllium fibre, buckwheat flour and millet flour, with sunflower oil and rice syrup.
