Description

Bauli Free burger buns let those following a gluten-free diet enjoy a casual-dining classic. The base consists of rice flour, water and sourdough (26.8%), with psyllium fibre, sunflower oil and sugar: the crumb stays soft and holds the filling well without crumbling.

The ingredients list also includes the thickener hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, lentil flour, brewer's yeast, salt, natural flavourings, emulsifiers mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids and grape seed oil. May contain eggs, soya, milk proteins, almonds, sesame seeds and mustard. Average values per 100 g: 1,125 kJ / 266 kcal, 3.7 g fat of which 0.4 g saturates, 51 g carbohydrates of which 1.8 g sugars, 5 g fibre, 4.5 g protein and 0.66 g salt.

Directions: cut in half, lightly warm the inner surface and fill as desired with burgers, vegetables and sauces. Size: 4 buns of 75 g, net weight 300 g; store at room temperature, shelf life 6 months when unopened.
