Bauli Free Gluten-Free Hot Dog Rolls 2 Pieces of 75 g

Bauli Free hot dog rolls have the classic elongated shape and a soft crumb that holds frankfurters, sauces and vegetables without falling apart. They are gluten-free and specifically formulated for people with coeliac disease: the dough combines water, rice flour, sourdough (29.9%), psyllium fibre and sunflower oil.

The recipe is completed by the thickener hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, sugar, brewer's yeast, salt, lentil flour, natural flavourings, emulsifiers mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids and grape seed oil. May contain eggs, soya, milk proteins, almonds, sesame seeds and mustard. Average values per 100 g: 1,185 kJ / 281 kcal, 4 g fat of which 0.4 g saturates, 54 g carbohydrates of which 1.3 g sugars, 5.4 g fibre, 4.7 g protein and 0.72 g salt.

Size: 2 rolls of 75 g, net weight 150 g. Store at room temperature; shelf life 6 months when unopened. After opening, reseal the bag carefully and consume promptly.
