PANCORNETTO

Description
Low-protein baked product. Food for special medical purposes indicated for the dietary management of: chronic renal failure (nephropathies), congenital metabolic disorders (phenylketonuria/PKU), or other diseases requiring a low-protein diet; protein residue below 2%, low in phosphorus, potassium and phenylalanine. In cases of chronic renal failure, a diet with reduced intake of protein, potassium and phosphorus is recommended; the level of phenylalanine in this product makes it suitable for a diet with a low, controlled intake of this amino acid.

Ingredients
Water, rice starch, sunflower oil, sugar; thickeners: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, guar gum; xanthan gum, yeast, fructose, dried sourdough (rice flour), dextrose, alcohol; emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids; rice flour, wholegrain rice flour, plant fibres (pea, potato, psyllium, bamboo, linseed), iodised salt, flavourings.

May contain traces of: eggs, soya, nuts, mustard, sesame seeds, lupin.
